Come be a part of Bike MS: Red Thread+Steelcase Ride, presented by Louis Dreyfus Commodities and get ready for the ride of your life. Whether you’re new to Bike MS or ride every year, together we will raise money, have fun, and make a difference in the lives of people living with MS.

The Connecticut Chapter offers two bike rides, each offering a combination of beautiful scenery, outstanding people and of course, a great cause. Whichever ride you choose, it will be the most rewarding journey you’ll ever make.

The scenic “Bridge to Bridge” Bike MS: Cardio Express Ride, presented by Cashman + Katz, starts at Riverside Park in Hartford, at the historic Boathouse and takes you over the Founders, Charter Oak and Arrigoni bridges. Challenge yourself with 25-, 50- or 75-mile route options and then reward yourself with a fantastic finish line party overlooking the Connecticut River, Enjoy the BBQ, live music, beer tasting, vendors with free samples and our onsite store offering the newest in MS logo apparel.

The routes are completely supported by volunteers, relief vehicles, bicycle mechanics and rest stops. There is a party to celebrate cyclists and volunteers achievements at the conclusion of the ride. The Ride provides a chance for cyclists to form a bond not only with friends they are riding with, but also with other cyclists moving together to raise funds and awareness for a cure.
